The ServiceNow Mobile Agent for BlackBerry is tailored for integration within BlackBerry Dynamics Secure Mobility Platform enterprise environments, with BlackBerry certification currently in progress.

This application provides service desk agents with a mobile-first experience designed to facilitate common workflows. It allows agents to effectively triage, manage, and resolve end-user requests anytime and anywhere. The intuitive interface supports offline functionality, enabling users to accept and update work even without an internet connection. This feature significantly enhances operational efficiency by utilizing native device capabilities such as navigation, barcode scanning, and signature collection.

The Mobile Agent delivers predefined workflows suitable for various functions including IT, Customer Service, HR, Field Services, Security Operations, and IT Asset Management. Organizations have the flexibility to configure and extend these workflows according to their specific requirements.
